Beef Stroganoff – Thinly sliced beef in a creamy sauce w/ onions and mushrooms, sour cream and dill, served over egg noodles
Beef & Three Bean Chile – With red, black and kidney beans & smoky Chipotle chilies
Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry – Stir-fried in an Asian-style sauce w/ garlic and ginger
