Garlic-Crusted Shrimp – Extra large shrimp broiled with a garlicky breadcrumbs and fresh herbs

Pan-Seared Halibut with Tomato and Capers – Pan seared and finished in the oven with cherry tomatoes, garlic, capers and fresh herbs

Pistachio-Crusted Halibut – Baked with a crunchy pistachio-Parmesan crust
